Show On Saturday, Secretary, Ministry of Mines, Amrit Lal Meena saw the galloping life in various fire-affected areas of the district amidst the burning embers, as well as tried to know the problems faced by the local people in rehabilitation. During this, the Coal Secretary visited the underground mine at Munidih in Putki, the fire-affected areas of Bansjoda and Jharia and took suggestions from the people living there for their problems and their solutions.
Talks have been held with the displaced people about why the people of the fire-affected area do not want to go to a safe place after being displaced. People's problems have been heard and suggestions have been taken from them.
Along with Coal Secretary, Coal India Chairman Mr. Pramod Agarwal, Deputy Commissioner cum Chairman Jharia Rehabilitation and Development Authority (JRDA) Mr. Sandeep Singh, BCCL CMD Mr. Samiran Dutta, BCCL Director Technical, SDM Mr. Prem Kumar Tiwari and many other officials were present.
